We had a great stay here! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-kept, and the common areas were just as clean and inviting. The location is excellent—close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and attractions. Parking at the hotel itself was a bit tricky, but there’s a public garage just a short walk away, which worked out fine. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience that I’d happily recommend.

I've been to this hotel a few times for business trips and they are always great. The staff are very friendly and understanding. The views from the rooms are great. Let's also not forget the little shop downstairs that has great coffee, snacks, and superb pizzas!!

Really comfortable stay and great downtown location. The front desk made getting a late checkout a little challenging but otherwise the staff was great. And I love the beds - still some of the best mattresses in the industry. Downtown Indianapolis is must less vibrant these days - I attended for a conference the first time in over 7 years and downtown is like a ghost town. It’s sad to see the city core lacking the life it once had. Found a great workaround for parking - the garage costs $60/night with no in/out privileges. I used the parking meters immediately across the street. Unfortunately, I forgot to pay up in the morning but the ticket was only $20. I would absolutely get a ticket again to have greater flexibility to come and go.
