The Westin Jackson

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin! The service was excellent throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Emerald—she was outstanding and took great care of me from arrival to departure. The room service was generally very good, although on the last night they forgot to add chicken to my burger. Aside from that small hiccup, everything else was great. I’d definitely stay here again!

I am so grateful to the leadership and team at The Westin in Jackson. My trip was canceled a few days ago. Family and I were inconvenienced and a little distressed. Wendell, the manager, the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, the club lounge, and room service were TOP TIER. I'm so grateful 🙏🏽 of all the hotel choices, my husband chose the Westin and I am so glad he did. No one knew our situation, but the hospitality they showed made us feel at home. Thank you again!!! Next time we're in Jackson, Mississippi we will choose the Westin Hotel and you should too!!

I have one complaint and it was the valet parking. I couldn’t get my vehicle from the valet, because I had not set up the website with their company. The valet service is a separate service from the hotel. I didn’t know my vehicle was parked on the last row of outside parking lot. The valet service would not give me my car. I have never experienced this before. The next morning I called the front desk to ask if they could help me get my vehicle, so I could leave the hotel. The front desk said the valet company was just starting the new website. I paid my bill including the valet bill. As far as the restaurant and my room, it was very good and clean. The employees were very helpful.
