We found this hotel resort very last minute, but the customer service was very outstanding and helpful! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious, with a nice patio view with its own mini kitchen. As a business trip, this was a nice relax retreat with 3 pools to choose from, a golf course, lazy river, and more including a bar. The bar tender by building B1 was very nice, he was talkative and cool he even gave me a free sprite, while my mom had an old fashion she talked about the whole night. I 100% recommend this place for family vacations, just for my 1 night of staying made me want to return for future visits with my niece and nephews !!!

This Beautiful property hosted a small 2 day event of 800 people very elegantly. Including overnight stays for at least 500 of us. The guest room furniture is older but well kept. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, linen was free of spots and stains, and just overall comfortable. Absolutely loved my stay!

The resort is a very relaxing and accommodating place. Love that they have shopping and food in the resort, and near by, as well as a spa, fitness center, hot tubs, the lazy river, and an adult pool. Views are beautiful, food and drinks are great and service very friendly. The yoga and meditation was complimentary, I was so glad to see they had yoga - it definitely wasn’t advertised enough though since it was hard to find out about until I got here. I wasn’t traveling with my kiddo this trip, but they had tons of family friendly activities which was great to see! The one major down fall is that the spa is VERY over priced, (almost triple what I pay where I live for individual, and 8 times the cost for a couples massage) - plus the massage time isn’t even a full hour at that rate. I did not think it was worth it for the cost so we didn’t utilize it. The rooms are pretty average in size, but decorated beautifully, and are nice and clean. I loved the plants and animals that are near by (birds, bunnies), and the sunsets are beautiful. But be prepared to spend hundreds on top of the room stay, as almost everything has an extra charge, even the coffee and WiFi which is typically included in most hotel stays.
