The Westin Lake Mary Orlando North

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Our cruise ship arrived early in the day and our flight didn’t leave until late the following day. The hotel was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out for us. The room was clean, the pool was nice, the hotel is located within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, and the hotel staff was fantastic. Chenell went above and beyond for us! We sincerely appreciate all of the service we received. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Westin Lake Mary and had a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the beautifully maintained lobby, I was impressed by the modern, elegant atmosphere and the peaceful ambiance that sets this hotel apart. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the outstanding hospitality—especially from Ms. Sandra at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Sandra went out of her way to ensure that my stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful recommendations and making sure I felt welcome at every turn. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely kind and committed to excellent service. She’s a true asset to the Westin team. If you're staying in the Lake Mary area, I highly recommend this hotel—not just for its facilities and location, but for the wonderful staff like Ms. Sandra who make all the difference.

Chenell provided fabulous, personal service that truly elevated our stay at the Westin Lake Mary. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is great—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the amenities were exactly what you’d hope for in a relaxing stay. I literally got my wine from the bar and enjoyed it here in the lobby to be near her aura. We’ll definitely be back!
