The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center

This place was luxurious, it has some restaurants, a spa, a pool, and other nice things. The room we were staying in was big and beautiful, we had an amazing view of the highway. Room service was fast and fresh. Bathrooms were clean and great.

One of My Favorite Hotels in the World Having traveled to over 70 countries, I’ve experienced some of the world’s top hotels—and The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center ranks among my absolute favorites. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s stunning, modern architecture and pristine condition. The location in San Isidro is ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and secure. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and offer breathtaking views of the city skyline. I was especially grateful for the room upgrade, which made an already wonderful stay even more memorable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The concierge team, especially José, went above and beyond to assist with local arrangements and thoughtful recommendations. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Every team member I encountered—from bell staff to housekeeping—was genuinely kind, helpful, and made me feel welcome. This is a five-star experience through and through. It’s clear that the hotel is managed with care and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. My only note is that the spa experience felt distinctly different from the hotel’s impeccable standard—perhaps because it is privately operated. Thank you, Westin Lima, for an outstanding stay. Nice property with a good bar. Breakfast was fantastic. Corner room (1812) had a wonderful view of the city.
