Beautiful hotel and excellent service. The food here is really good and pretty reasonably priced. There are lots of amenities and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Just be aware if you use valet it a whopping $85/day!!
The rooms are nice, seriously the whole hotel is really nice. We walked around and saw it all. The in house restaurant is really good too and you can either get it delivered or take it back to your room. We sat in the Bar area with great service. Early check in was kind of high so we waited around in the lobby. On our bill there was a lobby lounge charge for $92 so we might have been better off paying for early check in. They held our bags until the room was ready with no charge.
I recently stayed at the Westin LAX and overall had a mixed experience. The rooms themselves were quite good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the quality of the bedding which made for a restful night. However, I ran into two significant issues during my stay. First, the hotel does not support digital wallet payments such as Apple Pay or Google Wallet. In 2025, this felt like a major inconvenience, especially as I rely on contactless payments when traveling. This lack of modern payment options caused unnecessary trouble during check-out. Second, the parking situation was outrageous. Even as a hotel guest, I was charged over $60 for a single day of parking. That’s beyond excessive, and it really left a sour taste considering I was already paying for a room. There should at least be discounted or validated rates for guests. All in all, while the rooms are nice, the lack of digital payment support and exorbitant parking fees would make me think twice before staying here again.
