The Westin Madrid Cuzco

Had a really great stay here for business this past week. Staff was fantastic. Rooms are nice. Rain showers in the shower made my world after very long flights from California. The restaurant and bar are nice and the gym was perfect with nice equipment. The location of the neighborhood is far from the tourist stuff - which I preferred. It is close to all the cool restaurants as well as the Real Madrid games. The staff really was fantastic and I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Marriott and Westin.

Our stay at The Westin was truly memorable thanks to the wonderful staff. Every team member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We’re grateful for such a pleasant experience and would gladly stay again!

An excellent and new 4-star hotel. Relative to Madrid prices, its price is reasonable, it is a little far from the center, but next to a metro station, so it was meaningless to me. It has an excellent bar that serves excellent drinks and food (chef level), next to a nice restaurant. The rooms are a little small, but comfortable and have everything for a short stay (including even an iron :), the shower is excellent (because the hotel is simply new), the service is excellent, and the staff is welcoming. If it wasn't clear from the text above - I really liked the hotel.
