As a Marriott Platinum member, I was upgraded to a huge suite and granted immediate early check-in upon arrival, which really impressed me, and my fans lol. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very well-maintained, with stylish interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. The executive lounge is great — clean, quiet, with quality offerings. Pool area is excellent too, perfect for winding down. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. As for the breakfast buffet— the variety is amazing, with both local and international selections. So many fanciful dessert choices 💕 Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Will definitely return.

I’d like to compliment the wonderful staff at The Westin Manila. Every interaction I’ve had during my stay has been pleasant and professional. The reception team has been especially helpful—with directions, booking Grab rides, and assisting whenever needed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service at the Executive Lounge. The staff there have been superb—attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. I’d like to especially commend Mr. Kairos, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He took the time to remember my preferences and greeted me like a friend every time I visited the lounge. His thoughtful gestures made a lasting impression and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend The Westin Manila not only for its excellent facilities but especially for its outstanding team. Thank you!
