The Westin Memphis Beale Street

I recently stayed at this Westin on a sister's trip. We were visiting from Texas. From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out everyone was beyond helpful. Melvin (Courtside Cafe) gave us so much information on things to do in the city and Spencer at the front desk was super inviting and helpful as well. I'm sorry that I don't know everyone's names, but each front desk employee as well as the housekeeping staff everyone were a pleasure. A day didn't go by without us being greeted by every employee and that goes a long way for a southern. The hotel and rooms were clean, well lit, and very accommodating. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. I truly hope you all are rewarded for a job well done.

This is a very nice place to stay at. Check-in was quick and easy. I am glad the receptionist asked me if I wanted a low-level or high-level room. I chose high level and ended up with a view right in front of the FedEx forum, which was excellent. I stayed in room 703. The room and bathroom were clean. They had a mini bar and snacks, which was a plus. It was a little expensive, so I took a pass on that. They did not have a mini fridge, which is something I really look forward to a room having. So that was a disappointment. The bathroom was very spacious, and it had a tub and a walk-in shower. The television channels were a disappointment as well. They could have had better channels because there was nothing to look at. Overall, it was very nice and I had no complaints.

This hotel has amazing staff and service, but the restaurant staff are the stars, they went above and beyond to help me with my disabled child, usually people are stand offish, they assisted. Tiryne and Constance are a hoot and you can see they really enjoy their job. I want to thank them for making my child feel seen and important. We own several small restaurants. We know and value Great service. Westin should feel lucky to have them.
