We had a fabulous stay here while in town for a wedding. This property is really a gem with the nicest staff from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant. Special shoutout to Alexis for taking the best care of us! They are great at honoring status benefits. Breakfast as a platinum member was excellent. You could order a drink and entree at the delicious, upscale restaurant on site. The gym was well-equipped and spacious. The Westin heavenly bed was comfortable as usual.
I enjoyed photographing a Milwaukee wedding recently, and this hotel is where I stayed! The getting ready photos and the first look all happened in the hotel. The staff was lovely and assisted in suggesting the best photo spots! The room was lovely and a comfortable place to rest before and after the wedding.
The hotel is unbelievable beautiful and well keep. There was not one untidy corner or baseboard that I spotted. Your staff at the front desk were a step above. Polite, professional and very warm and friendly. My most impressive interaction was with the valet guys. There were four guys that we interacted with that made me paying $49 a night super easy to justify. They knew our name when we exited the hotel every single time. They gave us a couple of eating places over in the market that were amazing. I was extremely impressed by all of them for making our stay in city memorable. Wish all my stays were like this one. PS: I love the smell of the hotel too. LOL
