The Westin Minneapolis

I travel a ton for work. I'm not sure why the 1 star reviews, but, I found the parking super efficient and amazing, the staff were very helpful, the hot tub was incredible. And my room, well, it exceeded my wildest expectations in the best ways. The bed was so soft, the amenities were ample. The skyway and elevator system were easy to navigate as well. I would definitely come again, five stars!!!

Stayed here while dealing with car trouble for a few days. Rooms were fine, but nothing to write home about. Showers were a bit odd. But the staff were great! They didn't jerk me around at all and were super sociable. Absolute pleasures to speak to. If you grab food for your room, be careful, it's really *REALLY* good!

A pretty comfortable stay. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. A few things to be mindful of: The hotel lobby/entrance is going through renovations, so the entrance is a bit funny - you need to take the side door and go up an escalator, and then down one level by the elevator to reach the lobby. While checking in the front desk was manned by security guards, which I found surprising, as there were no front of house staff. Lastly, the hotel lacks a lounge if your want one (i.e. the Bonvoy privilege). While I left I felt very comfortable with my stay, but the hotel can definitely improve.
