The Westin Monterrey Valle

The hotel is located at a central location with quick access to nearby shopping mall or restaurants. I stayed for 6 nights and the service provided was consistently good. Rooms were daily cleaned , breakfast had both international and local cuisine options. The view from my room was also quite nice with the mountains in the backdrop. For first timers visiting Monterrey this is a good option to choose.

I recently stayed at The Westin Monterrey Valle and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located in the upscale San Pedro Garza García area, this hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and convenience. Check-In & Staff: Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The staff spoke both Spanish and English fluently and were incredibly professional and attentive throughout the stay. Every request — from extra towels to restaurant recommendations — was handled promptly and courteously. Room: The room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The Westin Heavenly Bed lived up to its reputation — incredibly comfortable and made for restful nights. The bathroom was spacious with rainfall showers and quality amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views of the Sierra Madre mountains. Dining: The on-site restaurant, Orfebre Cocina Artesana, was a highlight. Breakfast had a great mix of international and local flavors, and dinner was equally impressive. The rooftop bar and pool area was a great place to unwind in the evenings. Facilities: The rooftop pool is small but offers stunning views of Monterrey. The gym was well-equipped and never crowded. I didn’t use the spa services this time, but the facilities looked top-notch. Location: Perfect for business or leisure. Walking distance to luxury shopping and excellent dining options at Plaza Fiesta San Agustín. Easy access to the business district and major roads. Overall: The Westin Monterrey Valle offers a luxurious and relaxing stay with exceptional service and amenities. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for comfort and the perfect amount of luxury!

This location felt a little dated as compared to the JW Marriott around the corner. That being said, the staff was super friendly. And the stay was very comfortable.
