We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! For a family who travels often, this place exceeded so many other hotels we’ve stayed in. The rooms were clean, the hospitality was unmatched, and the location was perfect for a family-friendly experience. We were greeted every day by Crystal and Seiko, who made an effort to make us feel welcome, and offered lots of recommendations for things to do in the area, and were always above in beyond in helpfulness. Highly recommend!! We are excited to return one day and stay here again!
I had the pleasure of staying at The Westin in Mount Laurel and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Seiko and Crystal. and felt right at home. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. What really stood out was the personalized service—every little detail was taken care of. It’s clear that this hotel values its guests, and I felt truly valued during my entire stay. If you're looking for a place where comfort, quality, and exceptional service are prioritized, look no further than the Mount Laurel Westin. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!
There are very few hotels in this area that are at or above a standard for me to even stay in at all. The Westin easily exceeds that standard, and I will always stay here when I am in the area. The staff members were all friendly and professional, and the room was comfortable and clean. I tried the indoor hot tub, which was great. The real standout, however, is the restaurant. I'm not easily impressed by hotel food, but every dinner meal I had here was truly fantastic. I highly recommend the caesar salad and the salmon. Also, the bartenders are superb (I don't drink, but I sat in the bar area for dinner three times). The breakfast buffet was solid, although a bit pricey at $19. My dinner meals here were some of my favorite restaurant meals in recent memory - even including some much pricier (non-hotel-based) restaurants. Good work, Marriott!!
