The hotel’s restaurant served one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and the breakfast buffet was both diverse and delicious. What truly set this hotel apart was the personalized service. Staff remembered our names, anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. The spa was world-class, and the rooftop pool offered a perfect place to unwind. This was my second time visiting Nashville, and honestly, it was the best experience I've had. I stayed at the Thompson a couple of months ago and had a terrible experience, it really made me realize how much better the Marriott is. From now on, I won’t stay with any other hotel brand. The service here was exceptional. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. A special shoutout to Biren at the front desk, he truly deserves a raise. He and the rest of the team checked in with us daily to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re visiting Nashville, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

I stayed here one night for a work meeting in the hotel. Overall had a good stay. The gym is a good size and the staff were all friendly and helpful. As a Platinum member my 4pm late checkout request was granted without any problems. My minor complaints are that the shower water pressure was poor and the desk was especially small (which may matter if you are doing business travel and working from a laptop).
