The Westin New York Grand Central

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We booked one night to go to a Yankees game and I cannot emphasize enough on how exceptional the staff was. We arrived to the hotel well before the check in time, however Ami greeted us, presented us with a suitable timeline & showed up where we could leave our bags. Leon in bag drop off also provided that very friendly service. The food & drink were delicious! We were able to meet Kevin & Neville who checked in on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything. Honestly their professionalism, care & personalities made the dining experience one of the best we’ve had. The room was lovely, and Ami even called us when it was ready! At check out Lilly & Daniela helped with a smooth process. Overall I cannot recommend this Westin more & looking forward to our next stay!

We have just had the best stay at Westin Grand Central. Lily on the main desk was the most helpful kind person, always had a smile and a “good morning” for us she is a credit to the hotel and we will certainly be back again. I would highly recommend staying here the large rooms and great location makes it easy to access anywhere. Lots of local eateries close by if you have had a long day also and the breakfast is fabulous at the hotel. See you soon guys.

It was me and my husband’s first time staying in NY. Check in process was smooth, hotel was top tier for the location. Room was clean and really nice. They do charge a resort fee each night which includes either breakfast or drink tickets for the bar, I just wish we were able to use all 4 drink tickets on same day especially since we were gone the 1st day and unable to use them yet we still had to pay the resort fee. Overall we had a great stay. Highly recommend. Close to stores, food and shopping!
