The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The decor is modern and gives a first class vibe. I enjoyed the availability and cleanliness of the fitness center and the 3rd floor hotel restaurant. I felt safe and secure in this hotel and i appreciate the security system connected to the entrances and the elevators. My only real critique is that the 4th floor roof top pool need furniture and decor upgrades and there is far too much room in the pool area for so much of the space to be empty and unused. There should be more atmosphere around the pool area. There are speakers everywhere around the pool area but no music, no sound at all. I really enjoyed this hotel and my executive king, corner room was perfectly decorated and smelled amazing. I loved the space and the separate sitting area. I will be back.
Amazing for concert weekend trip. Room had two KING beds for 4 girls. Shower hot and strong water pressure. Bed was comfy. Pool was perfect. Connects to Galleria mall. Definitely would stay here again!
The hotel itself was pretty nice and in a great location, especially with the unique feature of direct access to the mall and the view. That made exploring and shopping very convenient. However, there were a few things that could’ve been better. Parking was difficult to navigate, and not clearly marked. Customer service was hit or miss—one staff member was very kind and helpful, but another came off as rude and acted like he was above helping guests. That was disappointing. The front entrance rug had visible stains, which didn’t make a great first impression. Also, for the price paid, I was surprised there was no breakfast included. The in-room amenities were minimal for a double occupancy stay—only one coffee pod, one bottle of water, barely any sugar, and a tiny coffee maker. While the room was okay, it didn’t quite match the expectations set by the price. Also, it was a little concerning to see people from the mall walking in and accessing the elevators without a key card—something to be aware of for security reasons. Overall, not a bad stay, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of service, amenities, and security.
