The Westin O'Hare

The hotel was clean, my room was up to date, house keeping did a great job on the days we used them, and the front desk was helpful. All of the staff were friendly, the restaurant was surprisingly good for a hotel. Special shout out to Joey one of the bartenders, he gave me several ideas of places to visit when changed hotels to the River Walk area downtown. He was so friendly, it was like we were Family ; )

I had a great experience with the team at the Westin Hotel! I accidentally left my bag outside the hotel, and their customer service went above and beyond to help me. Special thanks to Yasmina and Adonis for their kindness and professionalism, they truly cared and made sure everything was resolved quickly. Amazing team, very grateful!

I have had six rooms reserved for over four months. Then when we made some on site changes to the reservation and our last person came to check in they all of a sudden said we only had 5. Then we waited for over an hour for the manager to figure it out. To which he then victim blamed us states there was nothing to be done. We dug in and then were able to figure out the issue. He then proceeded to blame us even though it was hotel staff issue. I will NEVER stay here.
