The Westin Osaka exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and offer stunning views of the city. The location is fantastic—peaceful and green, yet still close enough to Umeda for easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. I especially appreciated the serene garden right outside the hotel—such a rare find in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was top-notch with both Japanese and Western options. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
It was an amazing stay. As soon as you walk in you feel the luxury level of the hotel. We loved the rooms and the customer service. Spacious clean rooms. The bathrooms are big enough to not feel stuffy. Would definitely come back.
