We had a lovely two night stay at Westin Palace, from the check-in experience, Nicole was extremely kind and helpful even walking us to our rooms. I was initially worried about the cleanliness of the rooms due to past reviews but our room was spotless, although the washroom was a bit dated however, it was spacious and the amenities offered were plenty. The valet and bell service are also exemplary, quick and efficient! Westin Palace will be our first choice of stay next time we are in Milan! Thank you for a great ending to our trip!
We had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel is dated but truly classic and royal, evoking a palace atmosphere. The service and the staff are outstanding. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and as elite members, we received a discounted rate, and the kids were free. Felt sad to depart.
We stayed here with our guests. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is pet-friendly, and they gave us a great welcome. Also, the breakfast buffet was quite rich. We took a taxi to get to the city center.
