The place is nice and close to many shops in Palo Alto. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The issue I had was that the bed was creaking and would wake up my wife and son when I would get back in bed from using the restroom. Also the storage for clothes is very limited if you have more than two people good luck storing your clothes in the three little drawers. We were on the 5th floor and we could hear the garbage truck picking up the trash cans at like 4 in the morning. Not sure when we will be in Palo Alto again as we liked the city and would like to visit again but might have to look at other hotels because the storage will be an issue for 3 people.

I loved the place and location. I always enjoy Westin bed and the comforter feeling. I liked the free gift of water bottle to help with the environment. My only complaint was there was not very hot water coming to the bath so I can have a bath. It was arm but not hot enough to make a bath. Breakfast was cute and healthy small buffet. Nice walk to downtown Palo Alto. Next to the train station and also close to Stanford campus

Very disappointing experience. My mom broke her foot, so we want to stay in room near the elevator to minimize walking. We booked two nights, but on the first day, the hotel had no such room available and placed us at the very end of the hallway. The front desk assured us we could switch rooms the next day when one became available. I called at 9:28 AM the next morning to confirm and asked them to reserve a room near the elevator for us. They told me one would be held. However, when we returned in the evening, they told us the hotel was sold out and no room change was possible. The room we were given felt dirty and neglected, as if it hadn’t been used in a long time. The shower drain was clogged so my mom couldn’t even take a shower. This was a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience for my mom.
