The Westin Philadelphia

This was my first time staying. Was in town for a business trip. Terrell at the front desk was super helpful! Informed me of all of the perks that came with my titanium elite rewards status which was convenient. The hotel is very nice and exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and perfect for me to work from the next day. I had a snack and cocktail at the bar the night before which was a great way to unwind after traveling. Nice atmosphere at the bar and superb service. The staff was exceptional. I will definitely be back! Can't wait.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. Sheri was incredible—so pleasant, happy, and genuinely caring. She made me feel right at home! Barbara and Meredith were also such a charm to work with—professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Syeda was amazing in the restaurant we went everyday for breakfast and she was very accommodating and had great personality !!!They all truly made my day and my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to share what a great experience we had at the Weston Marriott. Sherry and Meredeith were incredibly friendly, sweet, and accommodating. Their hospitality went above and beyond—they were generous and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the hotel and would definitely give it a well-deserved five stars.
