Great experience at your hotel. One of your employees Zach Wolff went above and beyond to help me get a missing item back to me promptly and was so extremely helpful and nice. What a great person and an awesome asset to have on your staff. Zach deserves a raise a promotion and applause for jumping into service and doing anything to help a guest and a fellow human in a time of need and stress he delivered.

Easy to get to, centrally located hotel with very convenient self-parking in the garage below and lots of fast elevators. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The king room was clean and spacious. Our conference came off smoothly and it was easy to quickly navigate between rooms and floors. I didn't have time to enjoy dinner in the burger restaurant but I heard it was good. There is a Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and gourmet popcorn shop as well. Recommend.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and it was a perfect location to the convention center and a lot of local restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well laid out, and the room and hotel had good little extras. There were a few things that could use some updating/fixing like the in-room closet doors. They were older and out of date, but worse, they were both off track. Once I managed to open one side, it was fine inside, but I kept it open so I didn't have to fight with it. The carpet felt older, and with many hotels leaning toward hardwood or hard surface flooring, they may want to consider that soon. The one thing I truly didn't like was the elevator system. It was the type where you put your floor into a panel, and it tells you which elevator to go into. These can be frustrating compared to the traditional system plus, unlike most modern hotels where you need your room key as a layer of security, these elevators didn't require them. In a city with people coming and going, that bothered me. Most of my team stayed here, and we were very happy about the area and how close we were to so many nice boutique restaurants as well as recognizable chains. Getting in and out via a car was very easy and the self parking wasn't too expensive. If you're attending a conference in Pittsburgh, this a good hotel to choose for comfort and location.
