The Westin Poinsett Greenville

Very nice hotel. It was easy to locate. They gave valet parking or the city’s public garage which is monitored. Our room was nice, the double beds are a little small but they were manageable. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our stay here. And bonus points for allowing pets. We brought our dog and he was very popular. The only complaint I have is that my husband took our dog on a walk when we got there after a long drive (later at night) and there was 2 homeless men who kept pressing him for money to buy food after he already told them no. Not a big deal but it did make us feel a little uneasy. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully get to explore the town next time!

Just blown away with the top-notch service at all levels. The valet gentlemen were all extremely helpful, and the front desk ladies were friendly and provided great dinner recommendations. I wanted to call out Marjorie/Maggie (sic?) from the front desk specifically-she absolutely was thorough with information during my check in, was a friendly face throughout my stay, and constantly went above and beyond any chance she could. I will be back because of these great employees/humans.

The Westin Poinsett in downtown Greenville is a must stay experience! The hotel staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean and luxurious. They dining, bar, and coffee shop in a great location. My recent stay had our room overlooking downtown area and just added to the experience. Highly recommend! Can't wait to return 💜
