This is a truly exceptional place. The beachfront location is breathtaking, complemented by delicious food and genuinely kind staff. The pool area is fantastic, offering ample space for relaxation. My sincere thanks to the entire Westin team for their dedication to customer satisfaction.
What a PARADISE! This place is excellent. Everything was perfect, from the extremely friendly staff to food availability and quality, all is top notch. I strongly recommend it. It's location is prime realstate. The beach was very nice and beautiful. WHAT A PLACE!
Would have loved to have stayed here, but Marriott's bonvoy program has turned into such a scam. The all inclusive price is R$2600/night for myself, my wife and 2 kids. I went to pay with points, and for 4 nights, it was going to be 236K points, which is very reasonable. At checkout, there was a R$7000 additional charge, which was for "extra person". So basically I would have had to pay for 2.75 nights plus 236k points. And I assume that I would get the worst room on the property, which I frequently do when I use points. Anyone want to buy 400,000 bonvoy points, I am over this horrible organization. Will make sure my sales team uses Hilton going forward.
