A Truly Memorable Stay! We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. The lush greenery and expansive layout of the resort added to the overall charm. We stayed in the Luxury Villa with a private pool—the room was clean, beautifully designed, and offered great comfort. While the private outdoor seating area could use a bit of an upgrade, it didn't take away from the overall experience. Breakfast was a highlight every day, with a wide variety of delicious options. We especially appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of several eggless and vegetarian desserts. The resort also offers an impressive range of activities, including sports, adventure options, unique dining experiences, and even a movie theatre. A big shoutout to the courteous and attentive staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Hosted a corporate residential event on 12th July. It was a great experience with the place, services and the staff too. Each person was welcome and cooperative to the best level. A special shoutout to Mr Manish Thakur who was there to assist in any hiccup, Ms Muskaan for the pre-event coordination, Ms Mohsin at the check-in, Mr Sahil and Ms Drishti from the events team, Mr Surender from the banquet, and Chef Ashwini, and of course the entire team with them. A highly recommended team and venue.

Most pathetic experience ever. I could not experience my anger on the feedback but literally the worst experience i ever had at this property Stayed at other 5 star hotels and resorts as well but none of them are unprofessional like them Will share point by point 1. Before booking called number for times for dinner confirmation but didn’t receive any call because of which we have to pay extra for dinner buffet 2 Roads are pathetic, they only show good part but reaching at resort is task and being pregnant it was so disappointing and difficult 3 On website and on reception they never inform you that their activities are paid Even after paying 25k for room you are still supposed to pay separate for other amenities like archery horse riding pottery etc 4 Our booking was included with free movie at there in-house theatre for which they informed its not operational 5 last but not the least we shared this feedback on reception and complaint on booking.com and received call from resort Again shared same feedback Despite being 5 star hotel and professional they lied to booking.com that we never shared this feedback Step up your game WESTIN TEAM, customer is not fool who spend hard earned money for such services
