Excellent hotel, very good rooms and absolutely great breakfast. Location is perfect, as you are 10 minutes away from the bustling waterfront, with myriads of the various spots of entertainment and food. And at night hotel is amazingly lit!
Nice rooms, great service, great lounge. Breakfast unfortunately is a s*** show, to still put it mildly. Everything, but really everything is dirty and sticky. There is a huge spread of food, but the breakfast experience is absolutely chaotic and extremely loud. Coffee was beyond bad, if you are granted one. Unfortunately there is no lounge breakfast (why?) Again - lounge and team are great. And rooms are nice.
This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in — the Westin by Marriott. The overall experience felt more like a basic three-star hotel. All the facilities and equipment were outdated, and the service was far below five-star standards. I was extremely disappointed. I will never stay at any Westin hotel again.
