I stay here frequently for business travel. The staff are super nice, especially shuttle driver Chris. He has given me several rides to and from the airport and every time I see him he has a smile on his face. The beds here are SUPER comfy, which is a big part of why I keep coming back too. Nice big bathroom and counter. Starbucks in the lobby. Restaurant service needs some work (can be very slow) but the food is delicious! Walkable to other restaurants and shops. There’s a really cool rooftop pool too. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed.
This hotel stay was a gift from dear friends of ours. We were in town for the Pearl Jam concert. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean with beautiful natural light, quiet, cold AC and wonderful front desk service. Devin, after our concert late Sunday night, kindly helped us arrange airport shuttle transportation and handled our late checkout request. And the cherry on top was my van driver, Chris. My ride to the airport had pleasant conversation, very comfortable ride and was on-time. Thank you Westin and staff for making my stay so memorable that I hope to visit you again in my near future.
I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, and while my first experience was pleasant, this visit left much to be desired. The room was uncomfortably warm, which affected my overall comfort. However, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in. Unfortunately, my breakfast experience was quite embarrassing. Unlike my previous stay where the waiter simply charged the meal to my room, the woman on breakfast duty acted as if I was going to skip out on the bill. She questioned me openly in front of other guests, creating an uncomfortable situation. I was not aware of any breakfast voucher requirement, and her accusatory approach was both unexpected and unprofessional. Other customers did not appear to be treated this way. This incident significantly tarnished my view of the hotel. While I appreciate the welcoming front desk, the poor treatment during breakfast is not something I can overlook. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure all guests are treated with respect and consistency.
