The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh

I had a very pleasant stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh. For its price range, the resort offers great value. The room was beautifully designed with a nice view of the garden. Thanks to the low building density, there’s plenty of greenery throughout the property, which creates a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Even though the resort was fully booked during the holiday, it never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with daily changes in the menu. I especially appreciated the fresh coconut water being served. The resort also offers a decent happy hour with a good selection of drinks. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. I had very restful sleep during my stay — the bed was comfortable and the environment quiet. Another nice bonus is the availability of nearby seafood restaurants that offer free shuttle service to and from the resort — a convenient and enjoyable option for dinner. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would definitely consider coming back.

I had the opportunity to stay at this resort and was genuinely impressed. It's conveniently close to the airport and nicely tucked away from the city, which is quite small. I appreciated that they offered rides into town such a thoughtful touch! The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety to choose from. The property itself is beautiful, with plenty to do without ever leaving. It’s clear a lot of care goes into creating a relaxing experience. That said, no place is perfect. I wouldn’t recommend the on-site massages they felt rushed, and you’re quickly ushered off the table afterward. You can definitely find better quality and value outside the resort. I shared this feedback directly, but I think future guests should be aware as well. One thing that did leave a sour taste: after tipping a staff member, I was met with a complaint about the amount and a comment about the foreigner exchange rate. Tipping is not required, and that exchange left me feeling unappreciated a real letdown in an otherwise great experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort has a lot to offer, but a little more care in service expectations would make it even better.

The hotel seems very new in an area near the airport. There are many resorts around with beach access. The hotel has a huge layout, several lawns, beach, a big pool and one pool next to the gym for doing laps. The beach is cleaned by staff and is beautiful. We had a room with half board. Unfortunately you only get a meal for the adults, not the child (not even fries or steamed rice) - you have to buy it extra. Why? One evening staff and kitchen were not on point. Waited long time for the food to arrive, half of it already cold. However, the breakfast buffet is outstanding! It is huge, a lot of variety of hot and cold dishes. You will probably need a week to have tasted everything just once. We can definitely recommend this hotel.
