For my first trip to Bali, I stayed at The Westin Resort Ubud before heading to the center of Ubud, after visiting Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Sanur. Since it’s one of the newest hotels, everything was well-maintained, and the vibe, restaurant, and pool view were absolutely stunning. After struggling with poor water quality at my Sanur accommodation, I decided to check in early in the morning. The receptionist, Vania, kindly arranged an early check-in and took the time to introduce various hotel programs, making my stay at The Westin incredibly relaxing. Serving by Kind and smily Jira at dining was exceptional—I ended up enjoying the special avocado eggs Benedict and healthy special salad twice! As for hotel activities, I had a private discovery tour with Dimas, and a memorable private hot yoga session with Ardi. The lobby bar staff, Novi and Mariati, provided excellent service, while Dormo crafted a special cocktail that was simply perfect. Overall, a top-tier experience with outstanding hospitality and amenities! I’ll stay again hear next visit definately.
From start to finish, our experience at this hotel was exceptional! The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by breathtaking views that made our stay even more memorable. The highlight of our time here was definitely the amazing staff. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay so special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful escape with outstanding service!
It was a wonderful experience. If I come to Ubud again, I would definitely visit again. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend joining Club Marriott. The only minor downside is that it’s slightly away from the center of Ubud, but they provide a shuttle service, and if you’re looking for a quieter resort experience than staying in town, this is a much better choice.
