The Westin Reston Heights

Had a great stay at this property! Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were extremely nice—Brian helped us and was fantastic. Our room was super spacious, and we even got an upgrade since they were out of the type we originally booked! It had a fridge, desk with a large working space, and blackout curtains (thank goodness!). Personally, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable for me but I’ll let that slide because the service was excellent. The bathroom was clean. Closet had a safe installed and there was enough space to put away our stuff. Lighting was great as well, and there was sufficient natural light. This is probably the first time a hotel’s corridors haven’t smelled musty or smoky and I loved that. Lobby doesn’t look the newest but it’s not bad at all. Overall, we got a great deal and were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

This is a nice hotel that was a good value for the money. The rooms were clean and the service was friendly and prompt. The location is fairly close to Dulles and there are fast chargers for EV's within a 5 minute drive. But it is a long walk to the Metro station, and food options within walking distance are limited. However there is plenty of parking available in the underground garage. The pool and fitness center on the top floor are well -maintained.

A very nice hotel, with good parking in the office area of Reston. The hotel is very nice but seems to be understaffed, especially at night. Often there was no one at the front desk at night, for long periods of time. The rooms were very nice and the hotel has nice amenities.
