The Westin Richmond

Outstanding hotel. Amazing service and the food was unbelievable. Attended a 50th Wedding anniversary party there and it was excellent. The food served at the function was worth 10 stars out of 5. It was truly a great spread. Cheers to the chef and all the hands that prepared that meal! They deserve a pat on the back and a raise!

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Holly during my time at The Westin, and I cannot say enough great things about her. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with every part of my experience. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. Whether it was handling special requests or offering thoughtful suggestions to enhance my time, she made me feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to guest satisfaction, and thanks to Ms. Holly, my visit was nothing short of exceptional. She is a true asset to The Westin team!

Bug crawling in room , Very much disappointed , after a 4 hour drive with kids wanted to come and settle down. We booked two queen bed for family of 4. Walked in the room and while we were settling down saw bugs crawling in the floor.try to call pan lines , coming busy, Immediately went down and complaint. The receptionist gave us a new room but it is a king bed room. How can 4 people sleep on the king and Pull out sofa. Requested the receptionist for t o queen but no help. So much inconvenience. We travel a lot for soccer never had such experiences with bugs in the room. I am not sure how are the rooms cleaned. I asked for the manger and I was told he will come in tomorrow. I will talk to the manager Jose and will update the rating accordingly , for now we have to adjust in king bed room as the kids need to sleep for a early morning game
