Clean, every team member greeted me with a smile, could hold a conversation and was very helpful. The grounds were in great condition and the rooms were well appointed. Floor’s were cleaned up immediately after hotel guests dirty them. Front desk was quick, efficient and courteous. Valet was on top of it, even though there were multiple events they immediately retrieved my vehicle. Scott’s Restaurant was the perfect compliment to the hotel, having grown up eating at their flagship location and satellite in Walnut Creek somehow this location food and service far exceeded my previous experience. Far exceeded my expectations!

I invited a friend to join me, and she couldn't stop raving about it—calling it “the best experience ever!” From the warm welcome at valet to the custom-crafted cheese plate waiting in our room, every detail was handled with intention and excellence. The front desk team, housekeeping staff, and especially the event and management teams exemplify what true hospitality and five-star service should look like. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and personal touches made us feel genuinely celebrated and cared for. And let’s talk about the remodel—stunning. With serene decor, upscale finishes, and peaceful riverfront views, the hotel now feels more like a luxurious island retreat than a city stay. It’s elegant, calming, and perfect for both business and leisure. Whether you're traveling for work, celebrating a special occasion, or simply seeking a serene getaway, the Westin Sacramento should be at the top of your list. Their consistent excellence in service and ambiance is why I’ll continue to return again and again.

I recently got to stay at the Westin while attending a wedding in Sacramento. The bride and groom booked a room block there, and I'm so glad they did! The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful, and it has everything you need. The service is amazing as well. Totally recommend!
