The Westin San Antonio North

Supervisors, this man deserves a raise!! Enrique at the Westin North San Antonio Hotel was exceptional! His positive attitude was truly infectious, and he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful with all my requests and made me feel genuinely welcome. What stood out was his cultural intuition, allowing him to understand and navigate multicultural dynamics with ease. His professionalism and cheerful demeanor are a huge asset to the hotel."

What is more important for me and my family are the room and the room services. Our room was perfectly clean, I always expect that because I have my kids. We had room services every day which is fantastic, in other places you have to ask for room service or you have it every other day. The beds were amazing I fall in love of the bedding set, I am looking in the webpage for some pieces because the complete set is expensive. We have coffee all days we were there. We enjoy our days and we sleep perfectly thank you!

Spent 5 days. Very quiet. Television has very few channels. Daily cleanup crew very efficient. Restaurants very close and has wide variety of foods--From Fried Chicken to Pizza and Sea food to Exotic foods. Atmosphere was quiet and friendly everywhere I went. Bars nearby friendly and very welcoming. Overall friendly.
