Great Hotel with very friendly staff. Location is perfect if you are attending an event or business meeting in the Santa Fe region. If you need to go to other areas of Mexico City you might want to consider other options since traffic in and out of Santa Fe is very heavy.
My room was a bit dated and needs to be modernized but overall was comfortable. The location of the Hotel is excellent for Santa Fe with great views of the City and Mountains. The thing that makes this 5 stars however is the service of the staff which is really excellent and one of the best I have experienced in Mexico. The food from the Club and Restaurant is also delicious.
Great hotel! And the view from the terrace is breathtaking.
