The Westin Sarasota

Wow this place was amazing! From the moment you enter to the time you leave everything and everyone was phenomenal. Came with my hubby and daughter for my birthday and customer service was top tier, the front desk was very nice! The views were amazing and the gym was great for getting a quick workout in! Pool was fantastic as well as the rooms were clean. The house keeping keeps up with their service! Always had fresh towels. Definitely would come back!

Great spot, amazing rooftop with wonderful pool. Yummy food & drinks at rooftop bar. Beautiful rooms. Incredible views. One of the best views in the city. I’ve come here with my boyfriend, friends, and family!

My family and I traveled from North Carolina for our annual family vacation. We had no idea this was a mostly adult type of hotel, not family oriented at all. When we arrived we had no help at all with our luggage, there is no parking included with this hotel, they only offer valley parking at $50 a night, when asked about other parking employees just said try finding some around the hotel. For such a luxurious hotel and price you would think that service would have been top notch, nope. My family and I wanted to use the pool facility but upon arriving, we were found with drunk adults in the pool. Not family oriented at all and I feel we spent our money on something we couldn’t enjoy. We also had some issues with the concierge, we had asked for more towels because they cleaned our room and didn’t place new ones. New ones were brought but when we left and came back they took them out from the room. We were so irritated at this point and tired we just used our beach towels. Positive, the rooms are very comfortable and we slept very well.
