Our stay at the Westin Aqaba was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. The team at every level — from the restaurant staff to the pool attendants — was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to the team who surprised my daughter on her birthday — it was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more memorable. I've honestly never experienced this level of service and attention before. Everything was simply perfect. Thank you, Westin Aqaba — wow! We'll definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Stay with Room for Improvement I had a great experience during my stay. The reception team provided outstanding service — special thanks to Ragheb and Mohamed for being welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout. However, I did notice that the breakfast service was quite slow and lacked energy. The hostess at the restaurant reception seemed only interested in taking the room number and showed little attention or engagement afterward. But the chef was great and fast she was really interested on her job. Despite this, I look forward to my next visit and appreciate the overall quality of service provided. Best regards, Mr. Amine

Although the hotel is new, the rooms are not modern. However, the staff were absolutely outstanding and provided excellent service. Fortunately, there was an open buffet for dinner during our stay, and it exceeded all our expectations — the food was truly delicious. One downside is that there is only one swimming pool shared by both adults and children, and there were no available activities or entertainment options.
