We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel staff and facilities are wonderful, the room and view were fabulous! We couldn't fault it and there's a great gyutan restaurant 3 min walk from the hotel. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Sendai station which is convenient and there are lots of shops and activities to do nearby. Thank you for a great stay!
Probably the tallest building in the city. The hotel places from floor 26th. Nice staff. Breakfast is continental ((would love to have more variety of Japanese)). Met my expectations for 5 stars hotel.
We had two lovely rooms and generally happy with the rooms and service. My main issue is with the accessible room that we booked. Unfortunately we didn’t read the details - the room came with a bathtub and no roll-in shower. It was impossible for a wheelchair user like myself to transfer into that bath tub with the 2 wobbly grab rails. An accessible room requires more than a few grab rails and a lowered wash basin. Please re-design that room to make it truly accessible. Very disappointing for a well established hotel chain. On a more positive note, the hotel reception was most helpful in getting our bags sent to Aomori. They even filled up the forms for us. Thank you.
