Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable — truly larger than expected. The view of Union Square from my room was absolutely perfect and made the stay feel extra special. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transit. A special thank you to Azucena at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind during the check-in process. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out and set the tone for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this hotel — I’ll definitely be coming back!
Honestly, this was the best hotel experience in memory. The hotel is GORGEOUS and the lobby and rooms are so beautiful. I wish I could live there…the service was amazing too. It was a 5 star experience in every way. The bed was heavenly of course. Hard to leave, honestly! Kudos to the staff…you guys are amazing!
I had a fantastic stay at The Westin St. Francis on Union Square (Drake SF)! From the moment I arrived, Jose at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcome — he was warm, attentive, and even had scrumptious treats ready for my pup, who was just as thrilled as I was. Jose went above and beyond, not only giving me a luxurious suite with an incredible view of the city, but also taking the time to walk me through every detail of the $20 F&B credit included with my stay. He carefully explained how to use it, where it could be applied, and even pointed out the outlets’ closing times to make sure I wouldn’t miss the opportunity. That kind of thoughtful service really stood out. The room itself was spacious — over 500 square feet — and beautifully appointed. Definitely not your typical SF shoebox with a cramped bathroom. Everything felt elevated, relaxing, and well-designed. If you're staying in San Francisco, you can't beat this luxury hotel with its number one location, incredible views, and top-tier service. I can’t wait to return!
