Although the rooms were not very spacious, they were modern, and very comfortable. The facilities, from the gym to the pool, were all well-maintained and added to the overall luxury experience. One of the standout moments of our stay was the incredible care taken to accommodate my daughter's food allergies. A very special thank you to Chef Nasrulloh, who personally ensured that her meals were safe, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. His kindness and professionalism gave us such peace of mind, and we are deeply grateful for his attention and care. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every palate. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and always ready to assist. The hotel's location within Pakuwon Mall made everything incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. We got a superb experience staying here. All the staffs were friendly and helpful, we got a warm welcome here. The hotel was exquisite, the room was shopisticated. The food was savory and delicate. The gym equipment was superfine. Swimming pool had a clean, clear water, cozy ambience. It was worth every penny. Surely will come back.
