The Westin Verasa Napa

Nice place to stay when in NAPA. Located near markets, shops & restaurants. All walking distance from hotel. Hotel also provides FREE Shuttle Service. 5 STARS. Kid friendly, but leave them at home. Enjoy!!

Napa is an expensive place to visit, and at peak times of the year it is hard to book this location. Rooms are very nice and the hotel is well kept. A great location, yet as mentioned the rooms can be expensive and for the price you pay you do not want to come into too many customers service issues. The house keeping was just okay, a dirty cleaning towel was left on the counter of our suite. Coffee not restocked on the second day either. It's the small details that matter at this price point, people pay for better service and it was just average here. It is worth trying overall, but some things need to be addressed by management.

Stayed & celebrated NYE 2025 here and we loved it! Enjoyed the experience with the valet parking, beautiful lobby, cute bar + restaurant, mini snack bar to purchase snacks, the staff were very friendly, and the pool area was very nice. Only reason why I rated 4/5 is because the rooms are little outdated and could use a refresh. Besides that, everything else was really good 🫶🏾
