The Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport

Had to stay here due to me missing my connection and was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Marriott. Freddie at check in really made the experience great. We were only there for a short time so he offered us a to go breakfast as well as a taxi to the airport as the shuttle was full. Super pleasant guy and turned a bad day with flights into a great stay

I stayed here for the first time about a week ago, and I just have to say how impressed I was—especially with the two Asian women at the front desk. They were so pleasant and helpful. The check-in was super friendly and supportive, and even when I caused a bit of a hiccup with a mistake on my end, they handled it kindly and professionally. I came back to stay again this week, and once again, the hospitality and service were outstanding. And it wasn’t only the front desk; the shuttle driver and restaurant staff were fantastic as well. In the mornings, there’s complimentary Starbucks coffee and other drinks by the lobby, and in the afternoons they offer delicious cookies. My wife and I have totally fallen in love with this hotel. She says this is the only place she wants to stay whenever we’re in Vancouver, and I completely agree. I know I might sound like someone planted by the hotel to write a glowing review, but I promise we’re just genuinely big fans. Without a doubt, it’s literally the most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed. We’ll definitely keep coming back and absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

We had an outstanding stay here the night before our cruise. It is very close to the airport and the free hotel shuttle picked us up at the terminal right on schedule. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and my wife and I got a great nights rest. The restaurant served an excellent and tasty breakfast. Our server, Scott, was very personable and took great care of us. We will be returning here next time we are in Vancouver.
