Impressed 👍😊 I visit plenty of hotels for work travel and for pleasure family trips. This location was wonderful. Rodney at the front office/check in desk, should be promoted to General Manager, district representative or regional trainer ! Very professional, diplomatic and customer focused. It's rare to find this level of care in staff today at hotels At all. Megané was super accommodating as well. Thank you . Room was clean, check in was quick, parking was easy and rates were reasonable. Pool area looks a bit dated , water was not cold but not warm. but plenty of towels, gym was well equipped and clean. The elevators are fast, the building is close to highway very easy to reach and everything worked well. Westin has decided to not do feather pillows , no minibar, and no cordless phone, not a deal killer though

Nice lobby and location (right off of I-95, but also quiet). The breakfast is quite expensive, even for a hotel, but there are plenty of nearby alternatives. Parking was free during our stay, though I guess when the gate is down you have to pay $20 per night. Room was ok, though nothing special.

The hotel room was fine. It did the job. The bed was fine. Nothing impressive or terrible. There was a weird loud-ish sound going on either from another room or inside that the walls that I didn't know what it was, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The main things that got me irritated were 1) I had to pay $20 for parking per night in the parking ramp, which I wasn't informed of ahead of time. I just checked in and the front desk agent asked if I had a car, and I'm like, well yeah, of course I have a car, and then she proceeded to say, "okay, I'll add $20 a night for parking". So then I'm like, alright, is there anywhere else to park for free? Of course no. The kicker to it is that after I paid, I realized they just left the gates open to the parking ramp anyway so anyone could have parked in there for free. Not informing of this ahead of time was in incredibly poor taste! 2) No free breakfast in the morning. Literally most other hotels have this! Not just most other hotels, but most that are nearby to this one and for a nightly rate that could even be a bit less than what I paid (and would have free parking!). So while the hotel itself was nice enough, I'd just recommend going the gold standards, such as Holiday Inn Express or Embassy Suites.
