The Westin Washington Dulles Airport

I’m not sure what everyone below is complaining about with single stars.. I stay in a lot of places a lot of times all over. This Westin isn’t the ultimate redone and refurbished Westin product but it’s clean, the staff were all extremely helpful, the rooms were awesome and the beds were super soft. No mold in the showers. The pool is being renovated currently as well as the carpet which is always a good sign.. stay here. Super easy. Buses from the airport on the 15/45 and to the airport on the 00/30 💪💪

After experiencing a minor flight inconvenience, I appreciate the airline for providing room and accommodations here! It’s located so close to the airport that they had regular shuttles going to and from the airport through all times of the night and early morning. Checking in was easy and I managed to make it before the kitchen closed which I believe was close to midnight! Great food, clean room, comfortable stay, and friendly staff… definitely made it worth the detour home

Rooms were disgraceful to the Westin brand name. They were dirty, small, and has a disgusting smell that was on the entire floor. We had to get our room switched 3 times because of how bad the smell was. Parking lot was terrible it had tons of bugs,birds, and worst of all bats. All at the grand price of parking being $10 dollars a night. Hotel seemed empty as a whole not a lot of people checking in. Would never stay here again.
