This hotel is located conveniently near a few malls. Everything is quite new and I really enjoyed the breakfast area. The only step back we had was after a long flight, when we arrived and were checking out the lounge, we didn’t realized after 7:00pm, kids are not allowed. A staff named Airi came up to us very rudely told us we need to leave because kids are not allowed, I was a bit shocked from the experience. But another staff came by and explained to us the situation otherwise we wouldn’t have any idea. Overall it was a good stay. The pool was pretty nice touch but it does cost $3000 yen pp to go inside.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had a truly memorable evening. Instead of choosing a set course, we ordered à la carte and enjoyed selecting each dish at our own pace. The staff recommended a white wine with mineral notes, which turned out to be a perfect match for the food. Each dish was beautifully prepared, showcasing careful craftsmanship and allowing us to savor every bite slowly and mindfully. To finish the meal, we had a glass of herbal liqueur, which was a lovely way to end the experience. Highly recommended for those who appreciate thoughtful cuisine and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere.

This is a very difficult review to write because the hotel itself is truly amazing and new (architecture, lobby, view, the rooms, bathroom, facilities, the fantastic bar etc.) - everything is basically a 5 star. BUT Big BUT: The breakfast is very poorly organized, even though they seem to have so many employees, they don’t focus on the main areas. There is 4 people jumping right away to help with luggage downstairs - but then you get up - and only 1 or max 2 people at reception with typically a queue waiting… on top of that, the reception crew is not the moves I have ever seen (and expect in a 5-star hotel). Another even bigger problem is the cheapness! I cannot believe (and have never seen before!!!) that you have to pay for using the pool as a guest (again 5 star hotel) + the fee is really high. Before, at least you pay ones per stay, now it is every day! That is ridiculous. I wanted to give a bit better review; but then I read the reviews that are here - and pretty much they say the same thing. And NOBODY seems to care. So why bother giving a better review. You should take reviews and customer complains (especially so many for the same thing) much more carefully and fix things that your guests don’t like. I repeat again, this is really a pity, as the hotel is for me one of the best I have stayed in ever… but bad choices and bad organization ruins it unfortunately
