My time at your property was nothing short of exceptional, largely owing to the outstanding hospitality demonstrated by your team, particularly Mary Wang and Front Desk Officer Vincent. Throughout my stay, Mary exemplified unparalleled professionalism and dedication to ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction of guests. Her attentiveness, problem-solving skills, and warm demeanor significantly enhanced my stay at Westin. Additionally, Vincent at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, exhibiting commendable efficiency and friendliness. (Eg, making effort to pick us up at Putuo and sending us to airport, making sure my family are comfortable in their respective rooms and etc…) One aspect that particularly impressed me was your hotel’s exceptional care for children. The hotel's commitment to entertaining and caring for kids was evident in the delightful activities and amenities provided. Mary Wu and her team orchestrated a variety of engaging activities that not only entertained the children but also ensured their safety and well-being. This thoughtful approach added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay, knowing that my children were in such capable and caring hands. The exceptional service I received from your Manager Mary and Front Desk Officer Vincent, along with the remarkable care for children's needs, truly exemplifies the commitment of Marriott International to providing a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests. A four-hour drive from Shanghai, but totally worth it. A beautiful beach and loads of restaurants nearby. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Not worth $200.00 a night. The windows were all dirty in the room, we couldn’t use the outdoor pools (doesn’t say on website they are closed) the food was all cold at the breakfast buffet and while waiting for our room we paid 58 yuan for a cup of coffee. The only good thing was the view. Not worth the price.
