We stayed here last night and had an amazing experience! The room was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful – it really made our stay extra special. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were kind and welcoming. We felt right at home. We’d definitely love to stay here again. I had an amazing stay at Panorama Suites in downtown Toronto! The experience was seamless from start to finish. The check-in process was completely hassle-free—no waiting, no complications. Everything was ready upon arrival, and I was able to settle in immediately. The suite itself was modern, clean, and had stunning views of the city. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Toronto. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city.

SCAM HOTEL!! - I accidentally booked the wrong date at Panorama Suites Downtown Toronto and immediately reached out for help. Despite the honest mistake, the hotel refused to offer any kind of refund. What’s worse—they asked me to cancel the booking so they could resell the same date to someone else without issuing me a refund. That’s beyond unfair. Their policies and attitude toward consumers are deeply troubling and deserve closer scrutiny. Definitely not the kind of customer care travelers should expect in this city. Someone from CBC News need to investigate this place!
