First time experience at this hotel and the bar manager Eva gave my wife and I the most impressive customer service we've had in months of traveling. She had perfect, fast service with a FULL BAR OF GUESTS, with no visible help that we observed. I will come back to this hotel and gladly pay full price if shes working. She is excellent!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at The Westshore Grand! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that made me feel like I was visiting family. The staff was outstanding, the food was great, and the customer service truly stood out. One of the best parts—free parking, which is how it should be! The location is perfect: there's a full grocery store right across the street, a mall just steps away, and even a place to get a haircut on-site. This place has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is in a great location with many things around. Rooms could have more accessible outlets and double beds vs. queen is not ideal. The rooftop pool was closed for maintenance, which was a big letdown in the summer. This should be done in the winter. Going to another hotel was their backup option. The star of the place was the breakfast restaurant staff. They were all so kind and welcoming. Didn't catch her name, but I believe she was the manager of the restaurant a blonde haired lady asked every day how our soccer tournament games went.
