The Westwood Summer Accommodation

Me personally I think the location is ideal. It’s a little out of the city so it’s not super loud or crowded but it’s a quick bus ride away. I do recommend getting a Leafcard because it’ll be super useful. We were able to bus or walk everywhere we wanted to in a timely manner with no issues. There’s a little convenience store right next to/attached to the facility that is ideal for quick snacks/water/essentials. The rooms were quite clean and had everything we needed. They’re a little small if you don’t know it’s student housing but with that in mind I think this accommodation goes beyond expectation. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, modern. Beautiful window view as well. There’s a kitchen conveniently down the hall as well as a gym in the next building over. I do recommend this accommodation.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I personally didn't use any of the facilities but there is a lounge area and a gym. The shop next door was very handy for the essentials (open until 10pm)and the bus stop is right next to the building and the bus goes right into the city centre. I had a great stay and would recommend this place to others!

This was one of the cheaper places to stay in Galway and we found it passable especially for the price. The room was hot but they did bring up a whole AC unit which helped. Laundry on-site and they give you detergent. Bed was rather uncomfortable and it’s further from the city center, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.
