Visited family in the area and they took us here for a beautiful banquet. The view is incredible. The food is incredible. The head waitress/supervisor was so lovely and welcoming and didn't miss a beat, while really looking after us and everyone one else in the venue (including a customer on another table who seemed to think the world revolved her and seemed hell bent on holding the staff up solely for herself). All the other staff were just as competent and endearing. Highly recommend this place!
Found this place on Google whilst planning our trip down the East coast. Obviously we could only look at photographs so we did not know what to expect. When we arrived, it is very easy to find with lots of free parking, we were amazed at the size of the apartment, it had a lovely private patio with sea views, an enormous bathroom with jacuzzi, two televisions, a fully equipped kitchenette and complete three piece suite. There was a really good pub/restaurant/brewery just down the road with ocean views and some lovely coffee shops in the little town. Natasha, the hostess, was absolutely lovely. If you are ever in the area we would highly recommend this place.
Not terrible, not great, but as expected. There's quite a smell as you're coming up the stairs towards some of the rooms. Leaking roofs outside the entryways make it tricky to get into the rooms without getting wet in the rain. The rooms have a toaster, kettle and microwave. There is cutlery in the room, but no tongs or anything to help you use or clean the bbq facilities. The rooms are overdue for a renovation and it does look like this is happening to some rooms. The rooms aren't serviced during your stay, which means emptying your own bins. This would be absolutely fine, but there are no replacement bin liners in the kitchen cupboards. Overall, it's as expected for a motel and very good value for a stay at thos location at this time of year, but some very small attention to detail could go a long way.
