Wonderful stay at the Wheatsheaf. Beautiful cosy rooms and hotel is in a lovely setting. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing too fussy but fresh and tasty produce. Dinner the night before (the beef roast) wasn’t the best however could be due to ordering later in the day. The staff dealt with my concerns very well though. Lovely touches throughout our stay which were very much appreciated. Will definitely look to return!

My name Is Howard Ryan ,and I arrived late on a Thursday Evening ,Well the lady Julie and Lewis the night staff I have to say were absolutely fantastic ,I was shown to my room which was lovely & the proceeded to go down stairs and talking to the staff etc.All I can say is it was a real wonderful experience all round ,including my son Scott Marrying Sarah Clarke.I would recommend this place to anyone. Howard Ryan, NB its A very quaint location, the only criticism if i were to be really really objective was the car parking wasn't that big and a bit hard to exit and enter ,but saying that,I had a very large vehicle but I was told i could park just out side so hey,who cares.

Had a great stay here. The rooms are spacious but still feel cozy, with nice little touches like a Dyson hairdryer and a proper coffee machine. The tub was a great addition, though there’s a shower too if you prefer. Everything was spotless, and the staff were brilliant—Steven and Harriet especially made us feel really welcome. We ate at the restaurant, and the food was excellent—definitely worth a visit. Parking at the hotel is limited, but there’s loads of street parking right out front, so it’s not an issue. It’s also only a 10-minute drive from Bourton-on-the-Water—not why we stayed, but good to know. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
